The Cura Body Score
How stable it is across the day, how much fatigue is affecting your life, and what that points to.
How steady you feel, how quickly you recover from stress, and whether your nervous system is running on empty.
How well you actually rest and repair — and how your sleep quality is affecting everything else.
The Cura Body Score provided me with a great overview of what's worrying me about my health, providing a great starting point for discussions going forward. The result was very insightful, and showcased where the most immediate area to work on was.

Dr Cait Wiltsher
Hospital-trained doctor and functional medicine practitioner, and mother of four.
She works with women, children and couples trying to conceive, supporting complex, multi-system health patterns where symptoms such as fatigue, hormonal changes, gut issues, anxiety and sleep disruption often overlap.
Her approach combines clinical medical training with a systems-based understanding of energy, hormones, digestion and nervous system regulation, developed through years of working with complex and unresolved presentations.
She brings a calm, structured and evidence-informed approach to people who have often been told everything is "normal" — but still don't feel like themselves.
Grounded in research
These symptoms rarely occur in isolation. Across large-scale clinical research, a consistent pattern appears: they co-occur across multiple systems.
Energy
Meta-analyses show structured interventions significantly improve fatigue and perceived energy (7,000+ participants).
Gut–brain axis
Systematic reviews confirm bidirectional communication between gut function, stress and brain regulation.
Hormones
Endocrine systems operate through interconnected feedback loops influenced by sleep, stress and metabolism.
Nervous system
Autonomic regulation affects multiple systems simultaneously — digestion, energy and emotional stability.
Multi-system
Clinical research shows dysregulation often involves overlapping systems rather than isolated causes.

I was at breaking point — I felt like I was failing my son and didn't know where to start. We'd tried GPs, stool tests, mental health assessments, school support, and got nowhere. The difference after only one week was a real shock. He went from wanting to sit down ten minutes into a dog walk to running ahead the whole hour, from eating less than his 2-year-old brother to full portions, from feeling sick all day to relaxed and happy.
Through Cura Body the right tests were arranged and a treatment plan put together that's made me feel so much better. Every few weeks I notice another improvement in my symptoms. I've been able to get back to work and learn to manage my illness.
I was helped to understand exactly what to do next to improve my fertility. We went through my lifestyle and toxin exposure in depth, and I started an elimination diet to reset my body and balance my hormones for IVF. Within days I felt a difference — and the eczema I'd had on and off for over a year cleared up after seven days.
Before working together, we felt like we had tried everything and still had no clear answers. The process gave us structure, clarity and practical changes we could actually implement as a family. The difference in energy, confidence, eating habits and emotional regulation has been incredibly meaningful.
I felt truly listened to. For the first time, I had a structured plan that actually made sense. The approach felt thoughtful, personalised and incredibly supportive without ever feeling overwhelming.
The consultation felt completely different from anything I had experienced before. There was time to properly explore my symptoms, lifestyle, stress, sleep and overall health picture instead of looking at everything in isolation. I left feeling calmer, clearer and far more confident.
The difference we saw after only one week was extraordinary. More energy, better appetite, calmer moods, improved sleep and a huge reduction in day-to-day distress. For the first time in a long time, things began to feel manageable again.
When we first worked together, we were only just beginning to realise we had a neurodiverse household. The six-week reset gave us a solid foundation to build from — healthier eating habits, a better understanding of regulation, and a toolkit of foods and supplements we still return to today.
The written plan was incredibly detailed but still easy to follow. Everything was explained clearly and practically, which made the process feel manageable rather than overwhelming. It finally felt like someone had connected the dots.
The support and guidance completely changed the way we think about health as a family. We became much more aware of how food, sleep, hydration, stress and routine affect mood, resilience and wellbeing. The changes were gradual but genuinely life-changing.
The approach felt calm, evidence-informed and deeply personalised. I appreciated how supported and understood I felt throughout. It never felt like generic advice or a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Clearly a very knowledgeable medic who looks at the body as a whole — which I feel is the way forward for healthcare. Easy to talk to, easy to share personal things with, while being extremely informative.
Professional and clearly very knowledgeable, while exuding warmth and friendliness. I felt completely at ease and never rushed. Since following the advice, my quality of life has improved out of all recognition from where I was before.
Having the right information, the right testing and the right support completely changed the way we approached our health as a family. The treatment plan and ongoing guidance made a huge difference to me personally, and helped us build habits and understanding that we still rely on today.
